I love that the location of hotel was convenient and close to places of interest. Front desk staff Khang was very helpful and polite, he also sent pre-arrival message which was a good gesture. Check in was smooth and room was ready early as I had an early flight. He shared on the facilities available and gave a higher floor as requested. Room was extremely spacious, clean and housekeeping staff was meticulous on the make up of room. Minibar available with beer chargeable. Smart TV/Netflix was not available but there were many channels to choose from. Roof top pool is a good place to chill. There is also a 24/7 gym. 1 washing machine and dryer available but do note that there may be other guests using thus the waiting time depends. Bed was super comfortable. Nguyen was helpful upon check out with the luggages too.

The rooftop pool and surrounding area was wonderful with great city views. Our room was new and beautiful with an incredibly comfortable and huge bed. Walking distance to many HCMC visitor sites plus loads of great restaurants and bars in the area. This was my third trip to HCMC and by far the nicest hotel I've stayed at and I will not hesitate to stay again.

The staff were also fantastic in accommodating an early check in at no extra cost and the free laundry is a nice addition I wasn't aware of.
